Wings Technical Services W.L.L. is urgently seeking 1 QELNG-Approved PTW Receiver for the NFPS COMP 1 Offshore Hook-Up Campaign in Qatar. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting Permit to Work (PTW) activities and ensuring compliance with project safety procedures and offshore operational requirements. Project Details: Location: Offshore, Qatar Project: NFPS COMP 1 – Offshore Hook-Up Campaign Duration: Minimum 6 months Expected Start Date: 04 October 2026 (Tentative) Vacancies: 1 Candidates must hold a valid QELNG Approval Card, BOSIET, H2S, OGUK Medical Certificate, and OMF. Responsibilities

Review and verify Permit to Work (PTW) documents before work commencement.
Ensure all required permits, approvals, and supporting documents are in place.
Coordinate with permit issuers, supervisors, and relevant site personnel.
Ensure compliance with QELNG safety procedures and offshore project requirements.
Verify that job-specific risk assessments and safety precautions are implemented.
Monitor work activities to ensure compliance with permit conditions.
Attend toolbox talks and safety briefings as required.
Ensure permits are properly closed or suspended upon completion or interruption of work.
Report unsafe conditions, permit violations, and safety concerns to the concerned supervisor.
Maintain accurate PTW records and documentation as required by the project.
